  Attorney
  Benjamin, a South Bend native, is a dedicated attorney with a deep commitment to his community and conservative values. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Notre Dame in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School in 2021.
  
  Prior to founding Horvath Legal Services LLC, Benjamin gained valuable experience as the director of leasing and permitting at Horvath Communications and as a clerk for several Indiana law firms. His practice focuses on campaign finance, municipal and local government law, and non-profit representation.
  
  Beyond his legal work, Benjamin is actively involved in shaping his community. He serves as the Executive Director of Hoosier Conservative Voices PAC, holds an appointed position on the Saint Joseph County Redevelopment Commission, and is a Republican appointee to the Saint Joseph County Election Board. A published author in prominent publications like The Federalist and American Thinker, Benjamin is also a dedicated member of the Indiana Catholic community and a strong advocate for pro-life causes.
